Charlie Elliott WLC is a wild life center near Mansfield Georgia, used as a dark sky site
by the Charlie Elliott Chapter of the Atlanta Astronomy Club.

Light pollution/sky glow is significant here 30-35 miles East of Atlanta.  The night sky really never gets dark.
